The Flowering Dwarf Pink Powderpuff is an evergreen tropical tree that is native to Ecuador. The Powderpuff is named after its whimsical pink and white flowers. Other interesting features are the flower buds which resemble rasberries and the leaves which close up at night or during drought. The Powderpuff grows more horizontally than vertically and new growth sprouts are reddish in color. Sporadic pink and white Powderpuff flowers appear during summer. Great indoor bonsai.
